My hubby and I have been watching the Rocky marathon and I couldn't help getting all warm and fuzzy inside when I saw the proposal scene in Rocky II. It was a snowy winter day and he's just been released out of the hospital from his first fight and he and Adrian were taking a walk in the zoo. Then she started questioning him on why they're at the zoo (Isn't that what we gals always seem to do when our guys are trying to propose to us?).
After some nervous small talks, he asked her, "What are you planning on doing for the next 40, 50 years?"
Puzzled, she answered, "I don't know... why?"
Then he popped the question, "Oh, I dunno, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind marrying me too much."
She didn't quite get it the first time, so he had to lift her earmuff and say it again. To which, she smiled and said, "Yes, I'd like to marry you very much."
It was such a cute scene. I had to share it : ). Have a sweet weekend.
Haha aww it is a nice scence but Rocky being sweet who'd a thought it!
